Workshop Update: LED Lighting Test Before Export Packing

The image in this workshop update shows a custom lighting frame illuminated during a practical test at Meiyun. This stage gives the production team a direct view of how the light operates before the fixture is prepared for final packing and shipment.
What the team checks
A lighting test is not only a simple on-and-off check. The team reviews whether each illuminated section is working, whether the light effect is visually consistent and whether the electrical components are arranged as expected. For a large or multi-part fixture, the test also helps confirm that the completed modules work together before they are separated for packing.
The approved project information remains the reference. Voltage, colour temperature, driver arrangement and any control requirements should match the confirmed specification. If the fixture includes several circuits or sections, each part needs to be identified clearly for the next stage.
Why the check matters before export
International project lighting may be dismantled into frames, suspension parts, glass pieces and electrical components for transport. Finding an operational issue while the fixture is still in the workshop is much easier than troubleshooting after the shipment reaches the project site.
After the lighting check, components can be labelled and protected according to the packing plan. Photos and drawings can also be retained as a reference for the installer. This connection between testing, packing and installation information helps reduce uncertainty during site assembly.
Regular workshop records like this provide a more accurate picture of how custom decorative lighting moves from production into export preparation.
